MY WORLD OF FLOWERS: SOLO EXHIBITION BY ZHUANG HONG-YI
Impulse Gallery is thrilled to present the new solo exhibition of internationally acclaimed artist Zhuang Hong-yi, unveiling some of the artist's most representative works and a series of works uniquely commissioned for this exhibition running from 6 June to 17 August, 2024.
Titled ‘My World of Flowers’, the exhibition explores Zhuang Hong-yi's deep-seated inspiration and admiration for these natural wonders. Zhuang's artistic philosophy underscores the importance of staying attuned to the beauty and wonder of the natural world. His creative vision is characterized by a harmonious blend of meticulous craftsmanship, bold experimentation, and profound emotional depth. Consistently revisiting the floral theme in his work, he demonstrates ongoing refinement and experimentation, navigating between raw emotion and carefully orchestrated artistry.
In Zhuang's own words, his art is a celebration of happiness, enrichment, and re-enchantment, particularly in times marked by despair and negativity.
